There are four ways to be entered based on the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Start date of this promotion is August 1, 2024. All meetings booked on this date and afterward qualify.
Offer includes two tickets to the sporting event, two plane tickets, and two hotel nights.
Promotion utilization is at the discretion of San Francisco Travel.
Group must sign Moscone and/or hotel contract by specified promotion date and group must actualize by specified promotion date.
RFP must include a minimum of 500, 3000, or 5000 total room nights to qualify for entry.
Each qualified booking of 500, 3000, or 5000 total room nights is eligible for one entry in the sports promotion of customer’s choice once the contracted hotel confirms.
Must be used for business meetings only. Offer not eligible for leisure travel or events (i.e. weddings, social parties).
RFP must be submitted through San Francisco Travel or San Francisco Travel must be copied on the RFP before the group is contracted.
This offer does not apply to repeat groups and groups already contracted.
